Can I buy gift cards in bulk?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of physical gift cards you can buy from our online store. Multiple eGift cards can also be purchased with a custom amount between £10 and £750. If you would like a Corporate Gift Card of over £1000, please get in touch.
What if I can’t locate my electronic gift card?
Please check your inbox for an e-mail for your electronic gift card from ‘noreply@messaging.squareup.com’. Sometimes they land in junk or spam. If you still can’t find your card, please get in touch and we’ll get back to you.
How do I receive a gift card that I ordered online?
Electronic gift cards are available for purchase online and will be delivered via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail within 12 hours, please please get in touch with your order number. Physical gift cards can be purchased at any 21 Hospitality Group and via our website by clicking here.
What are the delivery options?
Gift cards are available in electronic and physical formats. You can order an electronic gift card to be delivered by email here or order a physical gift card to be mailed to you or your recipient here.
Can I purchase a 21 Hospitality Group gift card using an International credit card outside the UK?
We accept international credit cards on our website.
Do gift cards expire?
All physical Gift Cards are valid for 6months. Our eGift cards do not expire.
