We seek a Sous chef who is capable of strengthening our current team and managing the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. We expect this person to be an excellent cook who has a genuine love of simple, produce focused cooking. Proven leadership skills are a must, along with a genuine desire to teach and help with the development of our young team.
