We have a position available in the pastry kitchen for a talented pastry chef. Our pastry team is responsible for all bread products; ice creams, chocolates, puddings, pies and afternoon teas; alongside desserts in our restaurants. A good knowledge of modern and classical technique is important alongside a real passion for the restaurant business.
